Quattro giorni dedicati alla tradizione gastronomica trapanese, un viaggio sensoriale attraverso sapori, incontri e degustazioni alla ricerca dell’identità culinaria del territorio.

Non solo cùscusu dunque, ma i grandi piatti della cucina locale saranno i protagonisti della manifestazione dedicata all’autenticità e alla qualità della cucina trapanese…

Dal 16 al 19 giugno, ogni giorno, si alterneranno eventi, wine tasting, degustazioni all’interno dei migliori ristoranti, laboratori di cucina, ed escursioni alla ri-scoperta del meglio del territorio.

Si terrà un evento pubblico all’interno della Casina delle Palme, splendida location dal cuore liberty, a due passi dal porto, nel centro storico di Trapani.

Cùscusu - the Trapani food and wine festival - will be back from June 16 to 19!
Four days dedicated to the Trapanese culinary tradition, a sensory journey through flavours, encounters and tastings in search of the areas gastronomic identity.
Not just cùscusu then, but all the great dishes from local cuisine will be featured in an event that celebrates Trapanis onw genuine quality cooking.

From June 16 to 19, every day, there will be a succession of events, food and wine tastings in the best restaurants, cooking workshops and excursions to discovery the best products from the area.

A public event will take place at the Casina delle Palme (the Palms Lodge), a beautiful art nouveau location next to the port in Trapanis old town.
